Weeknote provides automated weekly revenue and growth review reports for SaaS companies. Our service connects to your payment processor (e.g., Stripe) and database to generate actionable insights and recommendations.

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Data Access and Permissions

By connecting your payment processor or database, you grant Weeknote read-only access to the data necessary to generate your reports. You represent that you have the authority to grant such access and that doing so does not violate any agreements with third parties.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Weeknote service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Weeknote and protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours; we claim no ownership over your business data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Weeknote provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
