Payment Data: We connect to your Stripe account via OAuth with read-only access to retrieve subscription and revenue metrics. We do not store credit card numbers.

Product Data: We connect to your database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) with read-only access to retrieve product metrics you specify.

Usage Data: Information about how you use our service, including features accessed and reports generated.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Generate your weekly revenue and growth review reports
  • Send you scheduled reports and alerts via email or Slack
  • Improve and optimize our service
  • Communicate with you about your account and our services
  • Ensure security and prevent fraud

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security audits. All database connections use read-only credentials with least-privilege access. Data is isolated per workspace.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we remove all associated data within 30 days.

We use third-party services for infrastructure (cloud hosting), analytics, and communication. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and only process it as instructed.
